That's Lapland as in Santa's homeland, not some seedy bar with half naked women thrusting their POI's in you face Wink
Only joking!

Happy Christmas to all the Garmineers here and all at PGPSW and may Santa bring you your next GPS upgrade! Or if not maybe your partner will be performing that lapdance for you in those wrong sized sexy undies you bought :D

Maybe next year PGPSW could run a December thread with advice on buying presents other than GPS for partners Laughing

Helping others and good will to all no matter what their problem!
I thought we might get a few Christmas Cheerie wishes going, so far 27 viewings and not one word. Confused

Come on you lot get your acts together, or has the Christmas SPIRIT kicked in a little early Laughing

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone.

Let's all (including, or maybe especially, me!) try to have a bit of patience with the same old questions over and over again from those who've just received their first sat nav from Santa.

Merry Xmas

I thought you were my friend, zoggy. It looks as if you're deserting me as well as the i3. Crying or Very sad

Try as I might, I don't think my patience could be stretched that far. Maybe the answer is to avoid the forums (fora?) for the next couple of weeks, and let the staff and mods take care of the newbies! Wink

I don't know, but I've just noticed that one is very nearly an anagram of the other. Confused

The nice people at Google say:

Fora = 63,100,000
Forums = 553,000,000

Clearly Latin continues its steady decline Smile

Thanks, Rob. I would usually say forums, but wasn't sure after reading the discussion in this thread.

Whilst 'fora' may be gramatically correct I don't think anyone's going to complain if the term 'forums' is used instead Smile

I'm about to crack open a bottle of 50yr old malt and past experience has taught me that forum posting and alcohol intake are not good bed fellows. Consequently I shall be signing off for the night lest I become tempted to respond to a post at some point!

Best wishes to all, may Santa bring you what you wished for Smile
