Hi Just installed a load of new maps onto a tomtom rider.
the original map works ok along with major roads of europe but my other maps all ask for activation codes once selected on the device.
I know the maps work as i hae them running on an another device without activation codes.
any advice greatfully received..
regards

If the maps came on a PND then they will already be activated for that device. You need to activate them again for your RIDER. _________________ Tim |

Hi thanks for the reply
the maps are all on a cd i have and work fine on my nokia 6630 with tomtom 5 mobile but on the rider they just request activation seems a little strange that the rider accepts one of the maps from the same source as the others and not the rest???

Unfortunatly the software you bought from ebay will be pirated, It is illegal to use the maps on either of your device's. |
