I have just installed Tom Tom2 to main memory and all maps to a CF card. I am using the wired mouse that comes with tom tom beleive hansel 204 or something like that. If i plug in the mouse without tom tom running the whole pocket PC runs so slow, takes 5 mins to open settings pannel, unplus the gps and press the reset it all runs fine. Anyone know why this could be? |

Make sure you don't have any keyboard driver running at the same time. _________________ Lutz

Excellent! Learning something new every day... So what happens when you do another ActiveSync with the X5 - will it then have the same problem again? _________________ Lutz

In most cases, activesync is not affected.
You do not have to disable activesync.
You just have to run your GPS software BEFORE connecting GPS so that the software graps the com port before activesync does. _________________ Pc-Mobile

Cool, so it not just me. I will just make sure I run Tom Tom before plugging in the GPS. Thank you for the replies. |
