On the Navigator forum someone posted a compatibility list from TomTom where the N73 was listed, along with the N80 etc. But now I look at the TomTom site and it's not there. So what gives? |

TT5 will NOT work on a N73 or any other S60 V3 phone. As far as installing if you have a genuine version of TTN6 the CD/DVD will have the setup program to install it on a memory card (be it in a memory card reader or your phone). If you got ttn6 box with a memory card you just stick that in your phone and away you go. Of course you can copy ttn6 from the memory card onto a larger card. I put mine on a 2gig card which I use in my N73.
I stand corrected if any of this is incorrect.
Also, Phatty, if the icon isn't showing it may not be installed, what phone you using? You may have to use some sort of file manager to execute a setup program on your mobile |

TTM5 will work with some S60 R2 and below. e.g 6630, N70
TTN6 will work with a S60 R3 (sometimes called series 3) e.g N73 and N80. _________________ iPhone5, TomTom, Google maps, Navfree, Viewranger and Apple Maps (ekk) |

Sorry, just a difference in terminology here...
notice I said S60 V3, not just S60, and series 3/V3/R3 all the same. |

You can do this yourself - Download the Nokia software updater from the Nokia site. Follow the instructions - especially the bit about backing up the phone first! _________________ iPhone5, TomTom, Google maps, Navfree, Viewranger and Apple Maps (ekk) |

SimonCatlin, I've already tried that but it says no update available. I think my service provider stops me getting the update. |
