No Richard, that's the one in my link above (I don't know how to do "This one" in red), where I refer to page 25 (by some miracle, my link takes you straight to the page 25!!). But I wish I knew how to do "This one" in red though. Crying or Very sad
The one I saw had loads of Police ones and suggestions for good wording to try to fool the nasties into believing they were about to get nicked.

Use
Code:
[color=red]This One?[/color]

As in
Code:
[url=http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=27219][color=red]This One?[/color][/url]

I'm afraid you've lost me. I didn't mean "How do you do red writing?" What I meant was "How do you do [This one] (in red) meaning a red link to a web page, as opposed to copy/paste the very long address of the page from the top of the page?"

On second reading, do you mean I have to type the page address preceded by [url=, then the "This one" then the other stuff?

ATTENTION ANYBODY WHO NEEDS HELP

Just above this, are two examples (BGF and Oldboy) of why this site deserves every high praise it gets - just two examples, there are so many other people who take the time to help the likes of me. I recognise most of their site names and often look at their posts even on topics far away from my own immediate interest, because I often pick up a crumb of value.

Thank you both again.

Rejoice with me! It took a time with the Search thingy, but at last I found it. AND now with the above help I shall try to do a link to this page and hope it works.

IT DID!!! (well, at least in Preview all I get is the two words, not the full address) MAGIC. Thanks so much.

Just to clarify, I find that unless I use the
Code:
[color=red]text[/color]
,I don't always see the link highlighted Exclamation, also, I think it helps newbies to realise that there is a link Smile

I might put my office number on it(0800 789321), not my home. Putting your name/address in is silly and might invalidate other insurances, like household if they think you have made yourself a target. Best take it out of the car when you park.
