Hi, I read a thread on here about that, I think there are problems downloading with firefox, If you use explorer, you shouldn't have any problems. _________________ Audi A3 Sline sat nav |

Nowt wrong with Firefox, I use it without any problems as do many others. From experience the primary causes are AV & Firewall software, specifically Norton's Internet Security product and Zone Alarm. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Same here - it is Zone Alarm - I have tried to enable everything I can for this site but the only way I can download is to turn it off completely -any other ideas? |

That would be great - it is probably something really simple but like I say, have only just installed it and the problem occurred so it is def that.

Still no working despite having this site added to ZA with no restrictions at all.
Shut it down and it works fine |

Don't know if this will help but when using ZA Pro the following was found to work for one subscriber who was having trouble.
Sorry about the spacing - did it in a hurry. 8O
Quote: | I added PGPSW to it. Then I changed the Persistent and 3rd Party only Cookies settings from a red x to a Green tick. As soon as I logged on after that to PGPSW I got through. Incidentally on my zonealarm Privacy set up there are a further 2 column headers - one for WEB BUGS, the deafult setting is a red X plus a Private Header , the default also being a red X but I've since changed that to a green tick - don't know if that was the right thing to do or not? So to recap the PGPSW settings under the zonealarm privacy tab is now set as follows:
[ Cookie Control ]
| Mobile Code | Session | Persistent | 3rd Party |Web Bugs | Private Header
Pocketgpsworld.com | Green tick | Green tick | Green tick | Green tick | Red Cross ! Green tick |

Cheers but tried all that
At least I know how to get round it by shutting ZA down but not great that the software doesn't seem to give you the full control that is needed (at least on my PC) |
