As with the bloke last week. I have been trying for two days now, into"clean folders" I have cleared temp folders, I can stil only download a partial file (between 300k and 900k) before i get "DOWNLOAD COMPLETE",

Hi Blum,
Dunno if this will help but have you tried right clicking on the link and selecting save as ?
This should stop apps trying to open a file before it is completely d'led

Are you using any download managers like Download Accelerator ? If so, disable these either temporarily or for the file extension type as this can cause problems if you are downloading across multiple sites (which download accelerators do). |

Then in that case I would suggest you change ISP's, because it's working okay for me here and others that have tried downloading it. It could be your ISP has a webcache and has badly cached the site. |
