POIEdit - Can't install...2

As with the bloke last week. I have been trying for two days now, into"clean folders" I have cleared temp folders, I can stil only download a partial file (between 300k and 900k) before i get "DOWNLOAD COMPLETE",

Hi Blum,

Dunno if this will help but have you tried right clicking on the link and selecting save as ?

This should stop apps trying to open a file before it is completely d'led

Are you using any download managers like Download Accelerator ? If so, disable these either temporarily or for the file extension type as this can cause problems if you are downloading across multiple sites (which download accelerators do).

No download software, just basic Win xp, still no go!

Then in that case I would suggest you change ISP's, because it's working okay for me here and others that have tried downloading it. It could be your ISP has a webcache and has badly cached the site.
