help/ poi.

ive downloaded poi,s for the cams etc/ and unzipped it, it is now in my temp files. it is a yellow file with a zip on it/ and the words -poi.capture 1.01g.
the instructions say connect my tomtom, which i have done.
step 3 says copy the poi files from your pc,
go to where i stored or downloaded the unzipped poi database files [ ov2 and optional bmp files ]
which i assume is my temp files ? anyway to cut it short/ what do i do next ? ive tried following the instructions and clicke on -copy but it doesnt do anythink/
can someone please give me easy to follow instructions it doesnt help that i have a L PLATE where comps are concerned. . regards.. geffersboy.
