As far as I recall O2 payg do not provide GPRS connectivity, for that you need to be on an O2 contract. but here are the settings i have supplied by O2.

Thanks for the response, I have a contract phone with o2 (Samsung E900) which at present is not compatible with TT.

On o2's advice I got a payg sim and put it in an old phone that is compatible with TT, o2 sent me the gprs settings but still no joy !!!

I will try yours and see if that does the trick, cheers.

It would appear O2 are now offering full GPRS via Pay as You Go - it is in the way of a bolt on package, still costly but means full internet access must be available via PAG O2 devices, have a read HERE for more details - Mike

I have an XDAII with TomTom 6. The Sim card is O2 PAYG and I do not think there is any "bolt on". I haven't paid any exra anyway. I have just set up TomTom traffic with no problem. Having just topped up the sim card with £15 I do not seem to be charged for the GPRS data. (I think there is an allowance in any month that you top up. ) Before I topped up I checked the Tom Tom weather system and it was charging me a few pence each time. I suppose the traffic information download will require a bigger data download though
