Viewing a Mapfrom the SD card?

How on earth do you view/read a map off a SD Card?

Tried everything, but no can do. Is it that difficult or am really dumb?

Please advise.

Ok I have now sorted it! When exporting, on the window that asks where you want to store the file, click on the box at the bottom (Type) and select the one for the SD card.
Doh, but the manual should be a bit clearer on that front.
