Hi everyone, has anyone also found that the tomtom takes them them ways where you cant turn where it says and tells you to turn where there isnt even a road. I have found this on numerous journeys in and out of london last night while on my way to chingford it told me to turn right into a house but it also dont give you great confidence in it if you are somewhere and you are relying on it to navigate for you. |

Nope, never had that around London. Had it suggest several illegal turns (No right turns, one way streets, blocked by gates etc. But the only times a road has been missing have been when it has obviously only just been built. Never had it suggest a road that isn't there.
Can you give exact details of where you were told to turn right into a house? |

I haven't been directed into a house yet but I have noticed a few times, usually when the signal has been lost or very low, TT thinks I'm some way back, or on an adjacent road, and will give what appears to be a silly instruction. Once when travelling on a motorway it instructed me to do a u-turn. _________________ Formerly known as Lost_Property

No, I decided against hospital food.
Mind you, it does come in handy sometimes having the cursor elsewhere, driving along the Teign Valley on a very hot day once, I noticed we were in the river. It really cooled us down. :P _________________ Formerly known as Lost_Property

Yes, in the welsh mountains where the signal is weak, we often have a swim in the river on the A5 |
