Why does my TT Home say that my TT1 V2 is not connected when it clearly is? I can access the data on my TT through Home and copy and delete stuff but when I click on the TT Icon it shows a silhouette of my TT with a message saying "No device found, please check that it is connected and switched on".
Any ideas?

When you installed TT HOME, did you let it download the latest version from the internet?
It needs a additional component also which it downloads the first time you use it.
Check your version and if need be down load the latest HOME and install it. |

Yeah it did download and install an update the first time I used it and it still doesn't detect my TT.
When I load up Home and check for updates and it says that there are no updates available |

I had same problem and reset my TT and it detected - kept doing it every time I connected USB and fed up resetting so contacted TT support - they sent me an 'exec file' to remove a reg entry and ever since - no problems |
