|
|
Hi
I recently purchased a TT One V2 Regional and would now like to buy the seamless Europe map. I can't see it on the TT website.
I would definately prefer the Navteq version, is this available to buy anywhere?
Are all the seamlees maps on Ebay the Teleatlas ones, anybody know how you would tell the difference and would these ones still work OK on a V2? |

There are currently NO add on SD card maps for the V2 but the ebay ones will be Teleatlas and need the firmware updating to make them work in a V2.
Do a search on here as it's been covered in the last few days. |

Interesting.
I'm assuming like the Rider that the V2 Euro would/could take either? |

This is good to know!! I am very dissapointed with the responses I have received from TomTom support so far...Garmin customer services IMHO are much better. Of course when you need a helpful answer always best to post the question here |

Thanks for the replies.
Why on earth don't TT sell the Navteq Euro maps as an upgrade for the TT V2. Seems madness to me.
This is my first TT unit after at least 4 Garmin ones, not really impressing much as yet. |

Hi
The only advantage of TomTom which I can see is that the routing/re-routing is much better, not in terms of the route actual chosen but the options and the way the information is displayed.
What do you think? I took my 310D back because of problems with the traffic info and am trying to decide what the next best option is.
