It's here under the Speed Cameras heading which is down the left hand side of every page. _________________ Tim |

It's right at the top of the page too, under "Speed Cameras", but if you can't find the download page, I wouldn't think you have got much chance of getting it onto your sat nav, sugest you read the help guides,,,,,If you can find them. _________________ Audi A3 Sline sat nav |

pitbull. please refrain from making posts like that. you would have had nicer, perhaps less sarcastic responses if you had been a little more polite yourself.
i also see that you habe managed to download it every month since april of this year so a more reasonable initial post would have been "hi, i've managed to download it six times before but my mind has drawn a blank... can anyone point me to where i can download the speed camera database?!"

OK pitbull, did go over the top a bit, but as we get SO many posts like this, doesn't it flag up to the admin that there IS a slight problem with the way the site works?
Specifically, many people seem to find that when they have subscribed but the payment has not cleared for whatever reason (e-cheques etc.), there seems to be no way to tell what's going on, and the site just sends you round in circles. Could this be improved somehow? |

No, I don't think so. The vast majority appear to have few problems.
It's not the site that has the problem. _________________ Formerly known as Lost_Property

So why are there so many "I've paid, but can't find the download" posts? |

Andy i think a lot of it is down to, "I have registered but can't download", and the fact that others expect to be able to download immediately they push the button to pay their subscription, rather than giving it a day or so for the funds to reach PGPS. _________________ Graham.

I confess that I was sorely tempted but I'd just dealt with this and didn't need the possible aggravation twice in such a short space of time.
I know I can appear rude at times (I'm fed up to the back teeth of people coming here asking for help with their piracy, to be honest) but I thought I was restrained in that response, even saying 'please' to the chap. After telling me he didn't want to waste my time, he then sent me a PM, to which I also replied. _________________ Tim |

Because you won't hear from people saying 'I paid, downloaded within a few days, and everything went perfect'.
Some years back I read that for every 10 happy people 1 would make it known they were happy with their 'service'. For every 10 unhappy ones, 9 would complain.
This site may not be 100% perfect but personally I have no problems with it. _________________ Formerly known as Lost_Property
