If you mean how do you add more to them, you can download various POI files from the Points Of Interest page on this website, or you can create your own (there are also links on the website as to how to do this.)
As you cannot add particular locations to the standard POI list already in place on your navigation system, the only way to add the missing ones is to either create your own POI list for these locations or use one of the POI files already created and available for download on this site.
Hope this helps.

Just to clarify, you can use the CoPilot PC software to import custom points-of-interest (POIs). Once these have been imported, simply use the PC software to re-download your maps to your storage card and go!
Custom POIs should be imported to the 'custom' category so that later on you will be able to quickly search for and find them by category. Only one custom category is supported, meaning that 'basic' users will only be able to import one POI type at a time (e.g. speed cameras). At any time the category can be changed by deleting the POIs previously imported and by importing a new list.
'Advanced' users can import multiple categories and still easily distinguish on the Pocket PC by adding a unique prefix to all POIs, specifically one prefix per category. A petrol station, for example, could be called 'P-Shell Gatwick,' a speed camera 'S-Gatso 959,' etc. When searched by 'custom' category, accordingly, all petrol stations, speed cameras and other POIs will sorted and grouped by name.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.
