| just insalled tomtom 6 on my xda2 works ok can i intsall it now on my xda or do i have to wait 3 months like with 5 |

uhm, you have to wait until you removed it from your XDA2 before installing it on your XDA...According to the EULA that is...
Or legally buy a second copy of course.

With 5 I am sure you could put it on a second device after a delay of 7 days. Then it switched to 6 months for all future installations (I think).
