I have the ideal solution to the old smash and grab problem
I have one of thoses disks on the dask that the mount then suckkers to. When i leave the car i put a particlarly food stained bib "borrowed" from the baby over said disk. It looks really minging and touch wood no problems so far. I have heard that a nappy/nappy sack full of clean bog roll will have the same affect! :D |

Here Here, they probably can't read anyway!!
However the NO TOOLS LEFT IN THIS VEHICLE OVERNIGHT sticker does work, nearly every works vehicle has one, maybe this is whats needed, the responsibility certainly lies with the driver to remember though.
Thanks for the welcome... |

See what you mean, given the registrant of the domain - Gary, your surname ain't Bevan, is it? ;-)
If it is, you're not the messiah at all, you're a naughty, naughty boy. |

Good luck with your site, Gary but if you want to advertise here then you will have to pay for it. _________________ Gone fishing! |

We'll wait a while to see if we get a reply from Gary. We could be jumping to conclusions. _________________ Robert Brady |

Well there is that possibility - it would be an uncanny coincidence, though... |

Those words about careless aren't very helpful as we don't know the facts. Tomtom had about 2000 units stolen from couriers this year, would we accuse them of carelesness ? |

I would say YES. These units would have been put into the "trusted" hands of the courier. They should could and should have kept them more secure. Any theft could be prevented if you care enough about the product. _________________ Steve I |
