Nuvi 310 Memory Problems

Im having trouble with the waypoint memory

When trying to get it to calculate a route it comes up with a message saying " route waypoint memory full" then won't calculate

at other times it would show a message on the map screen that just said "memory full"

I have emailed Garmin but it said it may take 5-7 days for a reply
i'm a truck driver and use my nuvi daily

anyone else had this problem and know what the cure is ??

Problem solved

Garmin emailed back with a suggestion that didn't work

i told them about it

So they emailed back with a suggestion to do a master reset

Master reset done and all the problems i was having with it have gone

Gotta say Very impressed with the speed of reply from Garmin

hi i too have this problem can u tell me how to do a master reset as i have been waiting for a reply from garmin to sort the problem out , but have not heard anything as yet. i need my nuvi everyday also.

to reset the nuvi lift up the folddown antenna and you will see areset button there just press it
