|

Help me please - any advice would be gratefully received.
I have had this unit for 3 months and in the last two weeks it has started freezing just after I put in the details for my route or in the middle of navigating.
It also comes up with the settings screen (brightness, calibration, power status etc) when it is inthe middle of navigation - this doesnt happen all the time but at least once a day.
Any ideas please?? can I re-install anything to correct it or is there anyway of checking the health of the unit??? |

Hi, thanks for that, have done that before and sometimes it works (but not often) - as am a novice I take it that a hard reset comprises of:
switch off on front
eject sd card
switch off at back
turn on at back and let it load up etc and then re-insert sd card when prompted???? |

Try leaving it switched off for more than 10 seconds. |
