yea, I wonder if they made a mistake and they thought it was the original one? they must nearly be selling at a loss at that price, no wonder they've upped the price.
Hopefully some people got them at that price. _________________ Garmin Emap, Ipaq 2210 with TomTom Navigator 5, TomTom One, Pioneer AVIC-X1R, TomTom 910 (stolen). TomTom 520, TomTom 6100 (Faulty, replaced under warranty), Currently got a TomTom 6200 |

good news for people that got there orders in when it was priced at £199.99, I just received this email from Robert Dyas!
"Thank you for placing an order with Robert Dyas Home shopping.
You are receiving this email because the order you have placed with us
contains a TomTom One V2 Satellite navigation system. This product is
part of our new store to door catalogue that was launched on the Robert
Dyas website on Friday 22nd September. The TomTom One V2 was priced incorrectly at £199.99 instead of the intended price of £249.99. This incorrect price coupled with our 20% new customer discount means that we have experienced exceptionally high demand for this item.
We will be honouring all orders placed for the item but we will not
able to meet our normal delivery promise of 5 working days. We will begin to dispatch orders for the TomTom during the week beginning Monday 4th October. You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched containing a tracking number for your parcel.
Please accept our apologies for the delay. If you would prefer to
cancel your order rather than wait please call our customer services
team on 08454503004 (Option 2).
Yours Sincerely,
Robert Dyas Home Shopping Team"
Like hell i'll be cancelling my order!! |

Huston we may have a problem. My mate had his delivered today and it turns out to be the V1 and not the V2 as shown in the description, couple that with a smashed screen makes for a rather un-happy customer. Anyone else? |

Incidently I know for a fact that they have plenty of the v2's in stock. I checked _________________ TT ONE v2

I hope your mate is gonna give them hell and demand a V2 in replacement!
I hate it when websites say an item is in stock yet when you've ordrered it they tell you it isn't!!...
I better not receive a V1 next week, especially after receiving that email :x |

After him getting the V1 I was half tempted to cancel my order but thought Id see it out first and find out what everyone else gets. But when all is said and done I'm not going to be fobbed off with a V1... totally out the question. As for him calling up CS, I think he will be doing just that but he was hopping mad when I seen him earlier, NOT a happy bunny!
Ill keep you chaps upto speed on this one! |

As a phone call (see previous post) reveals that ample stocks of the V2 are available i suspect the reason for the delay is that Dyas are sourcing the old model at knockdown prices to send out next week hope i'm wrong its just a wait and see. |

I'm no expert but wouldn't that break every consumer law in the UK? Ill be so cheesed off if I get the V1. Ive only ever owned an i3 and thought this was a step in the right direction |
