I have a go 700 which is an excellent piece of kit. My wife has the Navman 210 and it is okay but she prefers the Tom Tom. So I am thinking of buying another one.
Do I go for a 700 there are some new ones still out there. The 910 new maps I believe, is this true. With the price at Dixons online at the £413 a snip, a code is needed but it is readyly available, (309704WP). I know what the 700 can do but after checking the web for info on the 910 I am not sure which one to buy. My thinking is based on the old range, the difference between the 300, 500 and 700 there was no comparison. The internal HD against the limited SD, The whole of Europe maps, the extras.
Hands free is a must, why music, how can you listen to it. Ipod control so it can play an ipod through the hifi system in your car, great. Think Not so why music? Many questions, but not much info about. Any help on what the 710 or 910 can and can't do would be helpful. :D
still the same kinda dfferences really.. H/D big enough for music or audio books if i want them.. 9 gig or so spare i think.. more maps it has the amercan ones as well as the euro..
bigger screen as compared to the 700.. it probably comes down to price in the end.. unless one intends to make american trips then the extra maps make it a no brainer..

For me, the main diff would be that the x10 series have a better GPS chip so should be able to pick up satellites in some places where a 700 couldnt.
