Yes, it does work. TomTOm have become extremely paranoid with their compatibility list. They even start to reject clones of PDAs that are on the list. _________________ Lutz

Hi, sorry to hijack the thread but I was looking for a definitive answer as to whether the software will work on a M3100?
I read a thread on here that had it listed as compatible, but the TomTom site didn't so I gave them a call to check, (thinking that the list might be out of date) and was spoken to like dirt by a rather rude man who said it wasn't powerful enough to run the software properly and that I should buy a product that they recommend 8O
I think after that conversation, the only thing I should be changing was software package but the mug that I am still wants to try it!
Having said that though, is there a good alternative? I tried version 5 some time ago and quite liked the layout of it which drew me towards buying v6 but my first experience with there customer support leaves me with a few question marks!
Thank god everyone on the forums is polite and helpful! :D |

Ha funny. No, of course it is slower. They added all kinds of useless bells and whistles. Particularly the 64K colors are totally unnecessary. What was wrong with 256 colors? _________________ Lutz
