I have a new 710 which works great apart from when I connect it via the home dock to Tomtom home, I can't switch it off when I disconnect it and have to do a reset !!
Does anyone have a solution to this problem, TIA. |

Did the same thing with my 510. The answer is to turn your TT off on its own off/on switch before disconnecting it from the cradle and shutting down TT Home. |

Or Disconnect by Clicking My Device at the bottom of the HOME Screen _________________ Richard

Thanks for the replies, tried both of those suggestions and it still won't turn off, it will turn off if I turn it off manually as suggested by Brian, but when I turn it on again I have to go through the language and other set up steps again |

Thanks Oldboy, run the flash utility and that seems to have done the trick, just need to get my phone working with the unit now, I can connect for hands free, but not for the plus services |
