hello a small problem my old nokia would on reciving a call on my 910 would give me the callers name now having changed to a sonyericson 810i will just state incoming caller [even though it is the same sim card any thoghts many thanks |

Since establishing a connection between the new phone and the 910 have you tried copying the phones contacts/ address book to the 910, once you have the phone connected select the following:
Mobile Phone/ Get numbers from Phone - then the 910 should know who is calling - Mike |

I have the 910 and the W810i aswell, and its the same for me. Must SE's fault. |

I spoke to TomTom about this and was told by one of there engineers "its a protocol problem with the W810i" and apparently is no fix at the moment, but may be one in the future.
