|
|
Hi all.
I currently have Navman icn 520 and thinking about selling it to get other sat nav. I think the 520 is pretty good but the only downside is the postcode search feature, which isn't at all good.
I am aware that there will be a software upgrade available soon but I reckon it will be expensive with the additional of the latest maps. So I am pondering whether just to sell it and get another.
Should I go for the navman 530? or go with TomTom?
Which TomTom model should I go for as I am new to TT. My budget would be under £350 at most.
let me know what you think guys. |

If you go to the currys website and buy one from there the price shown is £293.60 but if you then enter the offer code perk20 then the price comes down to £273.60 with free delivery. I ordered mine on Tuesday and from DHL's website I see that it is on a van for delivery today. |

with the addtion of software upgrade (smartST2006), which has the new postcode search facility and the latest maps, I think it will be expensive. I think it will be between £100 and £150. but I may be wrong. Just going on the current prices of the previous software upgrades. Example shown in link
