unzipped now what??

Please help im going crazzy. I have just bought the Navman icn 530 and have down loaded the file and unzipped it (am i right so far). Now what do I do. Please help

Have you looked in the left-hand column, Speed Cameras, Camera Help Guides, Navman?

Sorry, woody, I thought following the instructions would get you there.

Have you used the search button (above)? I know there are several threads about Navman and POIs.

I'm not familiar with the Navman so I'm afraid I can't help with explicit instructions, but hopefully someone else can.
