I've not yet used the RSS feed facility for notification of news/new databases etc. but would be interested to have recommendations for a suitable, free, RSS reader to do so. Searching has just thrown me into utter confusions! _________________ Gee-Pee

For use on my mobile phone PDA style or PDA linked to an Mobile I use News Break, its not free but can be tried free for 28 days IIRC, OK it costs you in GPRS traffic but if contracted to a mobile provider with a GPRS bolt on its not too bad, you can also keep in touch with what's going on on various web sites using this method - I only tend to enable it when away on business, and monitor the costs using a GPRS traffic logger such as SPB GPRS Monitor - Otherwise it can get costly, just another option but not for the PC - Mike |

Having installed and used this one http://www.feedreader.com/, from your recommendations, I can say it's perfect for my needs. Free, simple and does what it says on the box.
Thanks a lot _________________ Gee-Pee
