ADDITION to previous XDAIIi Query

I want to get rid of the o2 Active user Interface, Instructions would be grateful. As stated previoulsy I choose Corporate User but I still end up with the o2 Active User Interface

Bill, you need to hard reset the device, chose the Corporate set-up when prompted, (make sure you sit through the installation because if you miss the selection of corporate the phone will default and install the Active Interface), then enter the code number 0506 (all numeric values) - that should be all that is required.

You need to re-install any applications/ data to the device the long winded way, i.e. fresh install from the PC - DO NOT use a back up, as the back up will put the O2 Active back on the device. Mike

Why can't they make is easy ? something like 0000 or 1234 maybe would be better,,
