Could be a dead pixel.
Did you try cleaning the screen? |

take it back to the store and exchange it. Sounds like a dead pixel and will drive you mad. |

red is just stuck. Black or white is dead. a red one can be fixed by either just using the device or gentley rubbing it with your finger/ _________________ Visit Wayfinder Life for all your Wayfinder Navigator needs |

Nickmon....
Just curious to know. Did you rub it ?, Did you feel silly doing so ?, but most importantly, Did it work ? Handy thing to know, should this happen to mine. ![Wink](modules/Forums/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif) _________________ Tommo...

There you go, doesnt seem as easy as simply rubbing it but none the less not exactly difficult. Would still take it back though. |

I haven't heard about any pixel problems - I would exchange it as well.
This is too good of a unit to have an isolated glitch drive you bananas. |
