Hi,
I've done a quick search, but haven't found a conclusive answer to my problem.
I've just signed up for the database, but can't get it to download. I've tried Firefox, Safari and IE without success. It either won't download properly, or will only manage one .bmp file after decompression.
Seems strange because I downloaded the free database a couple of times and never had a problem.
Anyone know what's going on? |

I'm running a MacBook here and can download OK, using Firefox and StuffitExpander? What happens when you select the download? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Thanks very much for the reply.
When I try to dowload in Safari I'm told 'decompression failed' before the download is complete. In Firefox, it looks okay-ish until I try to unstuff, when it's clear that only one .bmp file has downloaded.
However, since you said it works on your MacBook (running old versions of everything, including 10.3), I've tried it on my old iBook - and it works fine.
Weird, but at least I've got the files now.
Thanks again. |
