Sorry Ash, worked out the problem. It looks like Camera Manager does not recognise the updated POI Loader that was released earlier this week (sorry I don't have the Version Number). I have reinstalled V 2 and it works fine.

Just to clarify things, there's a newer software application called Camera Manager - details of which can be found here:
http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=43111
It provides the same basic functionality as Camera Updater, but will also:
- periodically check for database updates
- download them when they become available
- process the downloaded database automatically
- prompt you to use POI Loader to update your GPS unit
If anyone is still using Camera Updater, I'd suggest they take a look at Camera Manager using the link above ;) |

Ash - do you still need to use the POIloader 2.2.1 with this or does the new one work? |

excuse me for being a real numpty but only got my i3 this week and found this forum last night how the hell do we download things to the i3 as i can not get poi's to download let alone ash's program and i want this
can anyone give me an idiot proof way of doing it i have
poi loader 2.3.2.0 on my laptop
2.4 webupdater
Speed Camera Database Version 4.104 25 Oct 2006
gpx converter v1.1.2
