Fed up with *other* crappy databases and false promises , im looking at this. Has anyone any experience with this. Apparently it uses the Road Pilot Database for the cameras. Looks like a very nice bit of kit. Anyone??
Dont mind paying the money for the sub if its updated. Most people nowadays though take your money and dont verifiy the database and sell you rubbish.

Many thanks

I use an inforad and it has proved very reliable both in UK and in France. I have had a problem in getting a new Gatso added which has now been in my village for well over a year. I purchased a lifetime update when I bought the device for about £49 (a one-off offer when you buy it).

The data base only contains fixed camera locations

You have to add the mobile camera points .

So as i work for a company that has 3 monthly meetings in England and i live in Scotland i would have to manually install in the data base 83 camera points on a trip to Birmingham

Only works with co-pilot sitting in passenger seat watching autoroute and unit in GPS receiver mode

i give this unit 4 out of 10

Evil or Very Mad
I live in Germany, and when I purchased an Inforad there was quite a useful german database.
I then purchased the lifetime updates.
After I updated the database some time later, I found they had removed the German part.
I contacted Inforad and was just told that I had been using it illegally in Germany.
