How do you make these maps give navigation as well as moving map?
I don't have any software that can do this.
Regards,
Nick |

OK OK I got it now and it works, but.
1) When I switch my C310 on it says that I need to use the what ever software to load maps but I just press the screen and wait and it works eventually. I suppose I have to put up with this do I?
2) Theres loads of maps for all over the world, as on the stiky nuvi thread, Id like to download some and try them but some do not have an image file only source binaries. what do I do with then to use them, probably best updated on the Nuvi World maps thread but didnt want to mess the sticky up with my questions? |

OK worked this all out now.
Looking at the site some maps I find that look well made and I would assume are useful are:
Andora
Iceland
Singapore
Lanzarote
Fuerte Ventura
Cyprus
All are holiday destinations. All fit on a 16Mb Sd card discarded from digital camera. |

I copyied the .img file to my mini sd card, inserted it but nothing happened
I have a Garmin i3 with built in maps ( i.e. not on an sd card ), but my garmin has a card slot |
