Recent problems loading POI files to Navman ICN 550

Hi,
I have been downloading the speed camera POI database from this site for the past 4 months without any problems. I have atempted to load the POI files from 22nd July but I now recieve the following message when submitting a POI file to the Navman unit: - 'Navman Internal Error - If symptoms persist contact Navman support'.
Upon connecting the device to my laptop a windows type dialog box shows breifly on the Navman screen that appears to disconnect the device therefore stopping any data transfer, but Microsoft Activsync says the device is still connected.

I have emailed Navman about this problem, but two weeks on and I still haven't recieved a reply. Has anyone else experienced this particular problem?
