Hi All, Sorry if this has been done before......I've just got myself a Navman ICN 520 that had the tom tom software on it.. Unfortunately we went on holiday and the battery has run flat and it doesnt want to do anything now. I have the tom tom disc (version 5 with .10 upgrade ?) but no instructions on how to go about installing it on the 520. Any help greatly appreciated. |

Are you sure it had Tom Tom on it and not Navman's own software? As far as I know TT cannot work on a Navman. Where did you buy this beast from? _________________ Peter

Peter, Yes deffinately tom tom, I bought from a mate whos now got a PDA. It had the full 7 digit post codes and speed camera locations aswell...
Ive got the disc to reinstall but the read me files leave me a little confused
I think they must have been translated from another language as there not that clear on certain points. |

You won't find instructions on setting this up in a "read me" file, there are a number of threads in the Navman 5xx forum, or over on GPSPassion that explain what is required to run TomTom on the 510.
Where did you get this "disk" from? as it doesn't sound a legitimate version of TomTom to me. - Mike |
