Hi there
I was adding and removing some POIs and have somehow managed to delete the map from my Go 500 (Great Britain Plus map). Have sent an email to TomTom for help, but thought I'd ask you guys of you know where I can get that map to restore it back on to my TomTom. I still have activation card etc, so I could reactivate it if necessary.
I presumed it would be on the CD, but apparently not!
Feel free to call me an idiot (but then try to help me if possible!!!) as I could really do with having it back up and running by Monday!!

have you check the computers hard drive to see if its still on there

I have, but no sign of it in the Recycle Bin. I presume when I unplugged the TomTom from the PC, that thePC deleted the files from the Trashcan as the drive the came from no longer existed. |
