install maps always to a card reader, never via ActiveSync. _________________ Lutz

Yes.
Like Lutz said, don't use ActiveSync. The TomTom installer and Windows Mobile 5.0 don't work very well together, at the most random moments. :-)
Use a card reader, or:
- disconnect PDA from PC
- close ActiveSync
- install maps directly to your PC (Other location (advanced) - Folder on PC)
- when installation is done, transfer the map folder to the root of your SD-card |
