|
|
Hi
I have upgraded my TT910 to 6.110 and since then have had the unit refuse to turn on twice without first doing all sorts of tweaking with the USB docker and reset button. TomTom have sent me a new window docker and I don't seem to have power problems any more but I am still worried about the difficulty turning the unit on on occassion.
I have mentioned this to TomTom and they have asked for the unit and screen docker to be returned for repair.
I can't see what they can do, so what are peoples thoughts on me sending the unit back. Is it worth it?

how long have you had the unit? I have read on this forum that tom-tom will not normally send you your original unit back, its normally a refurbished unit _________________ TomTom ONE V2 (GB) Downloaded Europe Maps

Well, I have probably had it too long and I hate that argument that you always get.
Is there likely to be a problem returning it to TomTom?
