I originally bought my (now stolen, damit) 4410 with SmartST v2 for use with my HP iPaq H1940; While I've still got the iPaq and the software, I've now got a new smartphone, an Orange C600. So, I decided to reduce the clutter I generally carry around - and had a brainwave - well, I hope I had a brainwave, anyhow...
First question, will the software load to the phone (it's an Orange SPV C600 using windows Mobile 5), and...
Second question, assuming the s/w loads onto the C600, can I use a different 3rd party bluetooth GPS receiver with it?

I don't think that WM5 is supported and anyway the software has been registered once. Navman limit you to one activation unless you are VERY persuasive (or have friends who are employees with access to the registration server). Also, Smart ST V2 is three versions old, now.
I don't think that V2 was tied to a Navman receiver, though. _________________ Tim

Well, one lived in hope, - at least I've got the software on my iPaq for in-car navigation. Now, get a cheap GPS receiver, and I'm sorted again, - Just a pain to have to carry the three bits of kit (phone, iPaq, and GPS), at the end of the day. Thanks anyhow
