does anyone know what the latest Great Britain map version is? software i got was second hand so not sure how old the map is.

which map version do you have _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

it says 605 but i also have the plus which is 632, there are few things missing when i am driving around and i want to know if i have the latest version.

yes that is the lastest version hope you got the product code when you bought it other wise youll have trouble updating the map _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

it was a hand me down as it were from my brother, so i'll get it off him, how often do tomtom release map updates, and how do i find out when i new one has come out?

There is a new one along soon. It'll be announced on www.tomtom.com
Don't count on it being significantly more up to date. |

why are tomtom maps so out of date? there are roads near me (central scotland) that have been around for atleast 2 years and yet they are still not on the mapsome of the roads have been here for nearly 5 roads

I have have just found a road in Faversham, Kent that is older than me and not on v632 maps |

I can go and pick up almost any map from a shop and i know the roads are on there, google maps have got the roads that are missing so why doesn't everyone one else, google prove that it can be done, tomtom charge a lot of money for their products, the least they could do is spend some on keeping the maps uptodate.
If they put some energy into it they would know what roads have changed over the year and they could update their maps acordingly.
