magellan roadmate 300 tools

My dad has a Magellan roadmate 300 and went to put the speed camera files on his device but there was not a tools cd in the box the roadmate came in, is there anopther way of installing the poi files or does he need to get hold of the CD, if so where does he get it from

I just bought the Roadmate 300 and also have not been able to find the subject software. Did your dad ever find it, and if so, where? Thanks
