Tom Tom One grayscale map problems!

I have just turned on my TT One and the maps are in grayscale, the status bar etc is still in colour but the maps are not???

I have tried changing the colours in the preferences and restarting etc but still stays the same.

anyone help please?

Is your ONE locked onto enough satellites? My 700 does this when it has lost its lock.

I paniced because I had just done the software upgrade and thought it had screwed up.
