Very good :D
Easy mount. Thats a cover for a dash mounting screw, the little clip holding it in was broken anyway.
Took it off drilled a hole in it, poped a bolt though with a nut on the other side, then mr G's ball on the end.
Super guled the cover back on (if i wanted to get at it again I would have used silicon sealent) hace scratched the excess glue off with my finger nail sice the photo was taken. |

No idea if he is still around but I have a 17mm dia ball that is drilled and tapped M6 that I used to use on the bike when I had an i3. If it's any use to you you are welcome to it for the price of an SAE.
