Hi,
I have downloaded the camera database before when it was a free service, I have just joined for a year and downloaded the latest camera files, it says download succesful but has not told me where the file is.
How do I find it? |

It'll be wherever you told it to Save it to when given the option.
Try again but this time make a note of where you saved it to. |

Ok, here goes....
I click on speedcameras at the top of the page then click on downloading the database and choose the Tom Tom file and click continue then it takes me to another screen and I select UK consolidated by type and click download database and then it just runs some data at the bottom of the screen and brings me to an empty page that only has [speed camera index] on it.
Doesnt ask me where to download the file at all, it worked Ok for me prior to it being subscription |

Please can you let us know, which browser version, operating system, firewall software, anti virus software you are using or any other information you think may be helpful.

Just a tip. Don't run two AV at the same time. |

Try downloading using Internet Explorer.
Just for your reassurance, out of the 1000s who have downloaded under the 'new' system, we have only had one person who we couldn't help.
We haven't changed the download file types either. Is it possibly something you have changed on your system since the last download? That is usually the reason. _________________ Robert Brady |

In Netscape goto Edit | Preferences, Select Navigator and then Downloads.
There are 3 Options on the Right of the Window. Select the middle one, 'Open a Progress Dialog'.;) _________________ Richard

Have you tried using Download Manager? This has a tab for showing File Location. _________________ Richard
