Mio A201 + Tom Tom 5

I'm well aware of the problems associated with running TTN5 on the Mio A201 however I have managed to get it to work in a fashion and I was wondering if anyone here can help with getting it to run 100%

The software is fully installed and the maps activated etc and I can get it loaded up and functioning like normal.

The problem I have is when I close the application down, in order to start it up again I need to delete the navagator.cfg file in the program files/navigator folder and run through the original startup settings (right handed, language etc)

I know a few of you have it running perfectly so can anyone suggest anything?

I did it! :D

Brand new A201 straight out of the box.
put SD card into slot, and run the setup, choosing the standard settings.
For activation I entered the incorrect code first, then went to ttcode with the new activation code, and after that, everything is spot on.

My set-up is:

On a 256mB SD card:
TT Navigator 5.210 (5430)
GPS driver v1.20
Map 'Great_Britain_Plus_Map' v631

Windows Mobile V5.0
OS 5.1.70

GPS program port COM4
GPS hardware port COM2 Baud rate 4800

GPS hardware is "other NMEA GPS"
GPS connected to GPS_HWCOM
