problem help

ive followed step by step to get the speed camera database on to my tomtom go500 v 5.440 when i go to enable the gps camera its there but not showing the speed cameras up what am i doing wrong could i be using the wrong download?or is it the version number i have got ,can anyone help?before i throw tom tom through the window! ive been trying for days now plzzz help

All TomTom platforms use the OV2 Format.

Do you mean that if you try to Enable the Speed Cameras you are not able to because you can't see them listed, or that you can't see the Cameras listed by Speed?

If you can't see them then you probably have too many POI Groups. V5.440 can only make use of 39 added Groups.

If you can't see the Cameras listed by Speed, then it could also be as above, or you have downloaded the wrong File. You need the Speed Zoned Download.
