I downloaded the speed camera file but now can't find it. Can anyone help? I only paid the one month version. Does this mean I only get one chance at the download? |

Hi, You can download the database as many times as you like during the month that you are a paid up member. When you save it to your PC, before you click on "save" look to see where it is being saved, (That is probably where it went the first time), or you can change where it is saved. Or you could go to START/SEARCH/FILES and FOLDERS, and see if you can find it. _________________ Audi A3 Sline sat nav |

Thanks for your reply. I went back onto the website and downloaded again but still having problems. I saved the downloaded file to my desktop. It came up as a zipped folder. I then connected my Navman but it does not recognise the file. Can you help? |

You have to unzip the zipfile before the Navman Desktop POIEditor can recognise the files within it. _________________ Tim |
