Forum members may be interested to know that there is a National web site which links in to all national/county websites giving the locations by map co-ordinates of 'every' camera site both mobile and static.
Have a look at (cut and paste this URL into your address bar)
http://www.nationalsafetycameras.co.uk/nscl/cameras/cameras.html
This is the sort of information given about each camera:-
"Location: A505
Nearest Town/Village: Duxford
Grid Reference: 247122, TL548320
Direction of Camera: South West
Speed Enforcement: NSL mph
Type of Camera: Gatso
Comments: 300 metres east of Moorfield Road"
as well as injury and death statistics before and after the installation of the camera. _________________ Gee-Pee

Please use the search function - we've been on that topic multiple times.
Not all partnerships give this level of detail, most of the information is outdated, and it would be a copyright violation anyhow to just copy the data. We rather rely on real people's reports. _________________ Lutz

Yes, I know but the Multiple Forums and interest that PGPSW has, worldwide, means that this information is sometimes lost in the complexity and size of the site - despite the search function. I thought it was worthwhile reminding members - particularly the new ones. Perhaps, you will say I am just adding to the maze!

I wasn't suggesting that the info should be copied but surely it's a useful source to check on submissions _________________ Gee-Pee

Having looked at the website referred to in this post, I would not take too much notice of the site.
The 'latest' news is over a year old, so how up to date are the camera locations? |

Agreed that there is quite a bit of outdated info there but then again some of the counties are bang up to date. My own town locations have been checked by me and they are all there. It's up to individuals to check their own areas and see if it helps. Just trying to be constructive _________________ Gee-Pee

It's still appreciated Gee-Pee. Another point of reference is always handy. Better too much information than not enough!
