quest mount

I currently have a Quest1 and have the mount like this one. Inserting and removing my Quest from this mount is a pain the arse. I always feel like I'm going to break something trying to get it out. Plus I usually end up pulling the suction cup off the windshield since I have to pull so hard. I'm wondering if this mount will work. The suction cup seems larger too so hopefully it will stick better. On a few sites I've seen it referred to as a mount for the Quest 2 but I thought that the 1 & 2 were identical as far as the connectors were concerned.

Don't have a problem with mine.
When getting it out, you don't pull it out, you pop it out.

Do this by holding the cradle firmly ( place your index finger and middle finger on top of the right hand side of the cradle, do the same with the left hand on the left side of the cradle ), then place your right thumb under the bottom right hand corner of the Quest, do the same with the left hand and push up with your thumbs while squeezing down with your fingers ( ones placed on the cradle ).

And out the baby comes.
