Hmmmmm I wonder what's going on? I just spoke to tomtom earlier today and they told me the new range will be released in a fortnight. |

The language barrier, as always...
http://www.tomtom.com/products/category.php?ID=0&Language=7
Does this mean the Italy leads the way, or that it lags in updates?
BTW, English [&Language=1] is the only language where they are not shown., try changing the language number by hand... |

No doubt due to technical problems they won't be released until 2009... |

So given that the 910 has a map for the World (almost) and provides directions in every possible language (almost) and since it seems to be hitting the rest of Europe first (probably), why do I not buy one from a European product provider?
I'm guessing that buying in Euros is probably cheaper too?
Anyone recommend somewhere? |

Yes as I said earlier they have been removed, so has anybody got an idea why they are not there anymore? Not selling the old stock maybe or are they just updating the info on them? _________________ TomTom Go 910 (3) v.6.522 Map Western Europe v.650 with useless TMC receiver

Thats a very good idea... the only thing that could be a problem is charging?? Or is the charger you get made to work anywhere in the world??
Very strange this though! _________________ Noonster

Easydevices is stating delivery expected in April.

I called Easydevices this morning and they are expecting the new devices mid May. But then they said they would be calling customers next week to confirm orders.
I would have thought getting the devices to retailers before Easter would be positive, and drive sales. |
